Lost Empire Pine Pollen Review

Lost Empire Pine Pollen Review

As part of the March 2019 Nootropics haul I picked up one of the most interesting herbs I’ve come across lately. This is Pine Pollen from Lost Empire Herbs. Initially I thought this was just another superfood mega scam pedaled by shameless shills like David Wolfe. However, Doing the research and personally experimenting I can say there IS something to this…but I’m not sure what.

If you’re wondering if this is the same stuff that coats everything in the spring time season then you’re absolutely correct. You know, one day you wake up and EVERYTHING is covered in yellow dust. Some people are extremely allergic to the pollen. If this is you stay far away from this herb! Never in anyones wildest dreams would guess this stuff would one day be sold for money by the bag fulls…

Let’s crack deep into how Pine Pollen works and why people use it.

Benefits

The Chinese have supposedly been using Pine Pollen for centuries to boost overall health and fertility, particularly in men. Pine Pollen is literally the sex dust from the fertile pine cones and contains potent androgens. These androgens create an anabolic effect in the body and deliver a potent boost in overall sex drive in energy.

A couple studies also show Pine Pollen produces powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. 1

Nutritional profile and contents

The nutritional profile of Pine Pollen is also impressive. It’s a complete protein meaning it contains all the essential amino acids. It’s also loaded with the following vitamins and minerals:

  • Vitamin A
  • B-Carotene
  • B1
  • B2
  • B3
  • B6
  • Folic Acid
  • Vitamin D
  • Vitamin E
  • Calcium
  • Copper
  • Iron
  • Manganese
  • Magnesium
  • Molybdenum
  • Phosphorous
  • Potassium
  • Selenium
  • Silicon
  • Sodium
  • Zinc

Even if you disregard the androgenic effects Pine Pollen is a potent nutritional compound in and of itself. If you follow a standard western diet much of the food is completely lacking in these crucual vitamins and minerals.

Lost Empire Herbs Pine Pollen

My experience with Pine Pollen has been impressive. I’ve found Pine Pollen delivers an almost immediate boost in overall energy levels. I like to take it during the afternoon hours where energy levels tend to drain. Taking it during this time allows me to blow through the remainder of the day with loads of energy to spare. Overall I feel more energized and able to easily stay productive.

I have also noticed positive changes to sex drive and libido. Sometimes I feel like a wild animal on this stuff. Combined with Maca it’s like being transported back to the teenage years where even the slightest of winds can raise the flag pole.

It also seems recovery from my long bike rides has also sped up. I need much less time to rest in between cycling and workout sessions.

I can see some people not liking the taste, although it’s not a strong experience by any means. I simply throw a spoonful of Pine Pollen straight into my smoothie where the other ingredients mask the taste. Everyday I make a potent smoothie consisting of Pine Pollen, Goji Berry Powder, Maca, Almond milk, avocado, blueberries, oatmeal, and banana. Talk about a truly potent boost to energy. In terms of natural energy a smoothie like this can’t be beat.

Conclusion

There is something to Pine Pollen that is certain. I’ve had a great response from using this in my life. At this point I wonder if this is something that shouldn’t be taken everyday. I am curious to know what long term effects it has on androgen production. In any case, I will probably cycle the Pine Pollen just to be safe. A couple times a week will be enough to get in all the raw benefits of the herb.
