Powder City Closes Down For Good

I regret to bring forth the saddest news ever dropped in the nootropics community. One of the largest suppliers of nootropics has shut its doors and closed down for business.

Yes it’s true. Powder City is no longer.

While there is still much to be speculated as to why, a number of theories have come to the surface. For one, Powder City was sued in a recent lawsuit involving the death of a 28 year old man in Harris County, Texas.

Reports say on July 28, 2017, Colby Patrick Brennan overdosed on the popular nootropics Tianeptine. Tianeptine is well known in the nootropics scene as a powerful anti depressant when taken in the right doses.

A case was made against Powder City LLC for not providing adequate labeling and warnings as to the nootropics potential danger.

Death is always tragic and I see this as a warning to everybody to properly research anything they take and to do their research.

Other theories are that Powder City’s payment processor refused to process credit cards for the company. This would throw the entire operation into halt mode. I have seen many nootropics companies come and go for this very reason. It’s a giant risk that most processors do not want to take on.

Is the end of nootropics? Only time will tell.

Luckily, there are still vendors such as Peak Nootropics who seem to be doing quite well. Who knows how long they will be open in light of the largest nootropics vendor vanishing overnight.

Stock up while you can folks because who knows how long this train ride will roll for!
