One more thing:

Don't be so stupid like me and order ONLY 0.5 gr of the Bromantane. It's fucking difficult to get that powder out, it has not the same purity like Piracetam powder, if you know what I mean?

Does anyone feel like Nootropics have made you smarter? How do you measure your progress with Nootropics in general?

Heya... Stevo here. Signed up because I have benefited greatly from the YouTube channel and enjoy the content. I quit drinking back in 2004 and that sparked a journey into self development and the quest to create the best version of myself. So far my experience with nootropics has been pretty hit or miss, but, I have had a lot better success since subscribing to the YouTube channel so thanks for the work and effort.

This is my first time with bromantane, i already had good feelings about i from hearing multiple reports of it being worthwhile and then some.

First day 10am i decided to just go low, which was for me two red microscoops (15-20mg) sublingual. Didn't notice much until about two hours in i had a definite sense of clear mind and energy. This seemed to continue most of the day.

Second day, had the same dose size 10am, and since i didn't have any caffine yet i decided to  stack on 50 mg phenylpiracetam (why not?). I had a few things to do that day anyway. The effects of both came on subtle but worked nicely as i took care of yard work for some family members.  I normally don't drink soda but decided to have a mountain dew for added caffeine. I can say i felt calm clean energy all day and positive clear mood, which for me is rare. I could recommend bromantane for anyone looking for slight motivation boost.

I'm going to be getting a better scale for more accurate doses. I'm planning to up the dose but would like to be sure each time.

I have BDII, and with it, I have HUGE socializing and cognitive deficits. Social anxiety, slight mental intellectual and psychosocial retardation, the whole shebang.

I am already talking to my providers, my health specialists, etc., and I am trying to convince my psychiatrist to ask my GP for cognitive enhancers that have been tested scientifically on people exactly like me:

^99% of these require a prescription. But they're not regularly administered to Bipolar people.

Which is why I've been looking into cognitive stuff on my own

Apart from that, I take:

Multivitamins (GNC Mega Men Sport)
Magnesium (400 mg) (Spring Valley from Walmart)
Melatonin (10 mg) (Spring Valley from Walmart)

just for overall health...

& I eat EXCEPTIONALLY well

Am I overdoing it? Or am I on the right track?

The stack I have helps SOMEWHAT, but I'm afraid I'm not combining things correctly, and that I could be reaping benefits if I added things like Ashwaganda maybe.

I'm currently taking Abilify 20 mg and it takes care of the whole Bipolar thing, so no worries there, but what stack would be recommended to a guy like me?

I am looking for info on the optimal Alpha GPC to (any) -afinil ratio to avoid headaches. I have responded well to Alpha GPC in the past, so I am choosing it as my choline source. 

Does the ratio change based on the -afinil?

Should I take them at the same time?

Any difference with these at all? Anyone prefer one over the other? Seems like flM is more economical.

Overall I find Kratom to be both very functional and recreational. In lower doses (1-3 grams) it puts me in relaxed and chill head space, making menial and repetitive tasks much easier to complete. In the higher doses (4-8 grams) it becomes less of a nootropic and more of a recreational substance. I've also tried the Kratom extracts sold at smoke shops and those feel like I just took a Vicodin. 

The only downsides to taking Kratom beside the taste is the multitude of vendors and strains, each brand and strain of Kratom I've tried is different from the other, so its hard to get a consistent result. From what I understand, Green strains of Kratom have more of a stimulant effect, Red strains are more sedating, and the Whites are somewhere in between. Recently I've been impressed with Earth Kratom Organic White Maeng Da.

pharmtopshop.com - This is an online pharmacy claiming to ship many pharmaceuticals. MANY of these sites are scams. In the case of pharmtopshop, they appear to be running a secondary forum under a different domain name which conveniently is populated with all positive reviews. They have product pages which claim to sell "Benzodiazepins." Benzos are a class of drugs, you don't buy them directly. You buy a brand names. Very suspect indeed.  

powdercity.com - Powder city is not even trying to hide their sketchy practice anymore. They were either bought out or they themselves are engaging in suspicious activity. Many of the product links redirect to other vendors, where they will make a commission. That was fine and pretty much obvious to anyone paying attention, but now you get redirected to these random weird online offers. Untrustworthy is at gets.
