Yes MondialK is a reliable supplier although I have no experience with NSI 189. My favorite Nootropics for Depression are Piracetam (general cognitive Performance with few side effects) followed by stimulants like Phenylpiracetam, Modafinil, Flmodafinil, and Phenibut. Recently I've found Nicotine quite helpful. Be aware these are short term solutions, honestly I have found no "solution" to Depression in Nootropics, but many of them help.
You may also look in to Zinc, D3, and magnesium which are all helpful, also the amino acid L Tyrosine can provide decent mental energy relatively safely.
