what ist your favorite sleep nootropic? 

mine is:

Magnesium Glycinate + Zinc + Ashwagandha.

That's a really good stack right there. I call it the real ZMA.

Lemon Balm, Skullcap, and Valerian are very potent sleepers as well. The herbs in particular enhance dreams and make them more vivid.

Fallon, there is something I wann ask you about Valerian:

every time I take it before I sleep , I have a really deep sleep but I feel tired the next day. What could that be?

It could be interfering with your natural sleep cycles. Valerian not only helps you fall asleep but it changes the amount of time you stay in REM sleep along with the other phases of the sleep cycle/structure. It's pretty hardcore stuff for an herb, probably best used only occasionally.
