I have been experimenting with DMAE. I've found it effective at increasing my focus and improving mood (and also seems to act as an appetite suppressant, which is a nice bonus). But the problem I've found is that I often seem to get headaches the day after (or even the day after that).

Has anyone else experimented with DMAE? Any suggestions on what to stack it with, particularly something that could reduce the incidence of headaches?
