Can valeriana cause a slow down in learning? - atrox - 08-24-2021
I am using valeriana root daily for anxiety. However, today I learned that valerianic acid severely decreases levels of binding in glutamate which is the neurotransmitter that helps us with memory and learning. So, from there can you say that valerian root causes slow down of learning?
