Hey hey guys I was going to tell you about my new stack I take 750 mg of aniracetam 60 mg of noopept I also take 150mg of alpha gpc if I get a headache i don't always have to take a choline and if i take a choline source to soon i start to get numbness and tingling in my arms and legs and that's a sign that I have too much choline in my body so for me taking a choline supplement can be a bad idea so I only take it if I get a headache but this stack really helps my depression and gives me a lot motivation and gives me a sense of well-being great stack
