That's really the only difference. Modvigil comes from HAB Pharma and Modalert comes from SUN Pharma. Waklert is a version of Armodafinil which is said to be stronger and longer lasting than regular Modafinil (Modalert.) In my experience this is true. Some people like the extra strength but personally I find even Modalert is too strong, I usually break the tablet in half.
