guys, please:

don't have any excuses. I know especially Americans are locked in their home. But no reason for being crazy!

Move your asses!

There is no need for a gym.

Here is this week's workout routines for me:

Monday:

CrossFit's Murph -->  1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, 1 mile run

Wednesday:

Hero Wod Terry --> 1 mile run, 100 push ups, 100m bear crawl, 1 mile run, 100 m bear crawl, 100 push ups, 1 mile run

Friday:

Pukie brewster --> 150 burpees

It's funny, I see more people outside exercising now than ever before. That's a pretty good workout you got there, most people would have to work up to that for sure. I've been slacking on my workouts but they usually involve 15 - 20 miles on the road bike mixed with some pull ups/push ups

I walk from the kitchen to the fridge lol! (Eating out of boredom mostly) I know I need to do more but feel so low energy and dont have any idea what exercises work inside. I will watch some online workout videos on youtube. Hope everyone stays safe!
