Thanks,Will try a differenct approach, came across information where starting with a microdose for some people can unlock some underlying issues usually minor, may cause some discomfort as part of  bringing into the open. In this case a bigger dose may be needed as a first time user to break through, in a supportive environment and with the right dosage. Then continue with microdosing regime. I will continue to search for the right protocol , have alot of faith in this for healing

In my experience I would say a micro dose can range from as little as 5mcg or as much as 30mcg for some.

Did you do the volumetric dosing or did you cut the tabs into pieces? The volumetric dosing is important because the 1P is not always evenly spread across the tabs. In other words, there will be "hot spots" on the tabs, certain parts of the tab may have more 1P than others. And perhaps in the corners of the tabs there may be very little depending on the spread.
