Nootropics For Exercise AKA BANGERS!

Dogger in serious need of a couple bangers

Spring time is around the corner and summer is slowly approaching. That means pool parties, girls, going to the river, the beach, and generally wearing less clothes as the sun slowly bakes you to a golden crisp. When you gracefully drift down the river or lounge in the pool, will you be looking like a golden chiseled God or a floating turd?

As I write this I’m looking down at my friends German Shephard. She is a fat tub of lard and my friend never walks her. What was once a lean dogger machine now resembles a bloated sausage. Yesterday I took her for a walk and she was so fat her hips nearly buckled under the weight and now she’s limping across the room towards her food bowl. This is no way to live, not even for this lowly dogger!

Most people aren’t aware that certain nootropics deliver powerful boosts to not only the brain, but the physical body too.

They are however aware of all the circumstances preventing them from reaching their fitness goals.

Let me know if the following sounds familiar…

  • You want to work out but lack energy and motivation
  • You want to get in shape but you have no energy after work
  • There isn’t enough hours in the day to fit in a walk or lift weights
  • Brain fog prevents you from making firm decisions in your life
  • It’s nearly impossible to cut down on foods

Now, let’s talk nootropics…

4 Nootropics to stimulate mental/physical energy, curb appetite, and pack on slab after slab of lean muscle

Phenylpiracetam – Phenylpiracetam is an under-the-radar raw physical performance enhancer. It’s actually a BANNED substance in the World Anti Doping Agency meaning it’s illegal for professional athletes to take Phenylpiracetam. Phenypiracetam delivers a competitive edge to performance athletes and delivers hulk level strength and energy reserves to anyone looking to cut fat and develop lean muscle. Because it’s a racetam you’re also getting a solid dose of mental performance. That’s what I call a 2 for 1 BANGER.

Alpha GPC – Alpha GPC is well known for bolstering memory, enhancing cognitive function, and staving off cognitive decline. What is not well known is the fact that Alpha-GPC increases physical power output at levels much stronger than caffeine. The following study shows Alpha GPC increases exercise induced growth hormone and power output by 14%. Another BANGER!

Creatine – Creatine is high up on the scale of popular body building and fitness supplements that actually work. Creatine is scientifically proven to deliver physical energy, increase overall power output, reduce fatigue, and spike testosterone levels. The number of benefits associated with Creatine is truly impressive. Of course, Creatine wouldn’t qualify as a 2 for 1 BANGER if it didn’t also deliver cognitive benefits. Creatine has been proven to greatly improve mood and alleviate symptoms of depression. Combine this with exercise and you have yourself a potent cocktail of feel-good chemicals rushing through your blood stream at a moments notice.

Modafinil – I’ve found Modafinil to be an extremely versatile nootropic for getting in shape. For one, Modafinil motivates the hell out of you. If you can’t seem to simply get off the couch and put in work, Modafinil will light a fire right under your arse. It also has a secondary benefit of suppressing your appetite so you’re not as hungry, even after working out. Use Modafinil sparingly! I recommend 2-3 times a week at the max.

Thanks for reading. I hope you implement these nootropics in your life and take action towards the body strength you want and deserve.

Hi Fallon. I am a beginner of Nootropics myself. I take Piracetam and eventually decided to get choline as I heard Piracetam can give off headaches if you take attack doses. So far all I have noticed is sometimes piracetam will give me a small sense of euphoria, but not much else. I have noticed lately that I have had less brain fog compared to usual, but I have also been eating more healthy and have been getting more exercise lately.

Still.. there is that sense of drought in my life. I’m energetic enough to get by, but I could really use something that makes the work week go by a bit faster, I want to feel a bit more alive when I do my workouts, and Phenylpiracetam sounds like just what I need, I need a nootropic that sparks me with energy and helps me get rid my cloudy mind. My question is, like how piracetam is recommended to be stacked with choline, would Phenylpiracetam be recommended to be stacked with something as well? I am aware it is much stronger than piracetam.

Hello!

I just subscribed to your channel and your website Gonootropics. I became a fan of nootropics when I started watching you on YouTube! I then found the TruBrain company and I have tried their product. I do like them, but I don’t think it is enough for me since I still feel tired, unmotivated, and unable to focus. I am currently in Real Estate School and looking to get the edge on the studying!

I would like to try out Modafinil and by the reviews you have done on it I’ve come to the conclusion that Duck Dose/ Sun Pharma is a reliable source to get it from. I just don’t feel alright ordering a product from overseas as well as the legality of it all. I was wondering if you could give me advice on purchasing it from Duck Dose or if you could send me giveaway containing Modafinil to give a try. I would highly appreciate it.

Thanks so much for all that you do and I appreciate all the valuable information you give to the public on notroopics!

Best,
Jose
